Cloverfield
Wow.
I don’t like horror movies at all. I can’t stand gore. Violence for the sake of violence sickens me. Cloverfield is none of these things, but it will terrify to you to the core. While there is one thing that I would complain about(which I won’t do until at least next week – can’t have spoilers out there to ruin it for everyone else, can we?), this film captures the experience of a monster attack in a way I hope to never experience myself. I was absolutely riveted and watched every single moment – even the one scene my horror-gore loving girlfriend wouldn’t.
If you’re not sure if you should go – go. Take your friends. You’re not going to want to miss this ride.
